The tournament will take place in the former cinema building in Skalica.

It is a unique opportunity for players from Skalica and the whole Zagorje region to use the free days after the New Year. The extended format from Saturday until the Three Kings offers the perfect combination of relaxation and intense tournament chess.
No more chasing! With seven rounds spread over four days, you can fully enjoy each game at the classic pace (60 minutes + 30 seconds/move) and have plenty of space for quality preparation, analysis and socialising with fellow chess players.
- Convenient start: the first round starts at 13:00 on Saturday (January 3) so you can arrive and register without stress.
- Three Kings Finals: the tournament reaches its climax on Tuesday 6 January and the evaluation ceremony will take place in the early afternoon.
